We sell in Phuket. When Phuket turns out not to be the right coast, we would rather introduce you to a broker who works where you are going than lose the conversation.

How this works

Buyers who look at Phuket are usually comparing coasts, not streets. Some of them decide on somewhere else — a different island, a different sea — and for twenty years that was where the conversation ended.

It does not have to. Tell us where you are looking and we will try to put you in front of somebody good there, then stay out of the way.

To be plain about it: outside Phuket and Phang Nga we hold no listings and take no mandates. What we offer is the introduction, and the second opinion of a broker who has no stock to steer you towards.
